CONFIDENCE COACHING - I help people THINK and FEEL CONFIDENT; about who they are, what they are capable of, and what they have to offer the world. I'm the person you call when you're tired of hearing that voice in your head that tells you "you can't do it", or that "you're not good good enough". Whether its returning to work, weight loss, starting a new life, career, job or relationship. I can help you live life free of that negative voice, and instead, HAPPY and CONFIDENT that you are living as the best version of you. Based in Warwickshire and West Midlands, Velvet Evolution now has clients in the UK and USA. By uniquely combining Life Coaching, NLP and Counselling skills, Confidence Coach and Founder of Velvet Evolution, Lydia Ward, provides clients with an approach tailored individually to them, allowing them to safely explore who they are today, and how they would like to feel about them-self and their life, today and in the future.
