Tange is a Cheltenham based company specialising in all architectural design and building surveying works. We will try where possible to agree a fixed fee for work so you don't have to worry about increasing the build cost as we tend not to work on percentage costs. The initial visit is free of charge and once we have met and discussed your project a full fee agreement will be issued (usually by email for speed) for you to review. If you are happy with the terms and fees, then returning a signed copy of the agreement will begin the process.
