Support - Free and General
Companies require a variety of support, from general to specific. xRM offer services, consultancy and support on a adhoc basis, purchase as required. Or on a 'time bank' for these services to be used as needed, which is prepaid and so there's no need to get anything 'signed-off' as issues arise. Support is purchased in increments of days, no minimum purchase; we advise on time scales for support services. Free support is available for 30 days following installation of a solution or during a trial.
