Dosa Xpress is a South Indian Restaurant in Manchester. Dosa is a crepe made from rice and black lentils. It is a typical South Indian dish, eaten for breakfast or dinner, and is rich in carbohydrates and protein. It is served traditionally with coconut chutney and a vegetable and lentil broth called sambar. Dosa has been the inspiration for the DosaXpress menu along with other unique dishes not found in typical Indian restaurants. Although South Indian dishes are our specialty, with traditional items such as Dosa, idly, medhu vada,kuli paniyaram,chettinad chicken curry, we also include a variety of other traditional Indian dishes such as chicken tikka masala and chicken jalfrezi.
