IT Support
We provide contract and on demand IT support for businesses and organisations across the UK.We offer computer support remotely via our helpdesk and in person through our field engineers - with calls logged over the telephone, by email or online via our suport website.Helpdesk PC support is provided on a contract basis through one of two contract options while our on site IT support is provided on either a contract or on-demand basis.Our IT support lines are open from 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday but we offer 24-hours support to all our customers.We provide technical backup for a range of hardware including handheld devices like Blackberrys and PDAs, laptops, modems, PCs and servers.
