Free Education for Nursery Aged Children in Gambia, West Africa
The Roots Nursery School charity aims to assist in child development in Gambia, West Africa through the provision of free education. Nursery schools in Gambia are not government funded so are therefore deemed to be private.  The Roots Nursery School Charity relies soley on fundraising and donations to meet our funding requirements. We aim to provide the necessary first step so that our pupils are prepared for their inclusion into government education when they leave.  Our long term goals are to assist these same children when the time comes for them to enter into higher education.
