Annual Maintenance Contract
We offer annual maintenance contracts to cover refrigeration equipment, air conditioning equipment, or both!  Basically, we will visit you on-site to assess how many systems you would like covered, obviously the condition of the cabinets and also discuss how many visits you need per year.  For example a bakery will need far more visits than a public house.  The contract is tailor made to suit the customer.After that, we will propose a price, schedule of visits and send terms and conditions so that you know exactly what will happen on each visit.  It is essentially a check up - an engineer will come to your premises, clean condensers, check pressures, make sure door seals are in good condition, clean or replace air conditioning filters (plus more explained in terms and conditions.)  Taking all these measures on a regular basis ensures that your equipment will run more efficiently, any potential problems will be caught before they escalate and generally you will have far less need for calls our, so less money leaving your pocket to pay bills!  They say preventative maintenance is better than cure - in this case, it's absolutely true.  Most expensive repairs to refrigeration or air conditioning equipment are caused by lack of proper maintenance, taking out a yearly contract means you don't need to worry about it as we will contact you to arrange the visits.
