House By The Beach is a small friendly local business letting properties in Cornwall. I manage 20 or so houses all belonging to friends and I arrange holiday letting of these houses. Most are in my home village of Gorran Haven which is half way down the south coast of Cornwall and has two lovely beaches. I also have a fine traditional cottage on the sea front in St Mawes (attractive and busy little yachting town near Falmouth on Roseland penninular). Several in Portloe (tiny village on the Roseland with working harbour and great cliff walks); and a large modern house in Rock up on the north (surfing, Rick Stein food) coast. The thing they all have in common is that these are houses belonging to people who use them themselves and enjoy them, look after them well and appreciate sharing them with other families who will also find pleasure in this beautiful part of the world by the sea.
