Our present surgery was built in the early 1960s by Dr John Davis (no relation to our current Dr Davies) who first practised nearer to Wigston Originally this involved the teaching of medical students from Leicester Medical School and over the last 10 years we have been joined by General Practice Registrars, who are doctors completing the final three years of their training before being permitted to practice independently as GPs
