The Stables Studio Art Centre, is an Art School, situated in refurbished stables and barns in the grounds of a 16th century country house, Pouchen End Hall, near Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead, in Hertfordshire. We offer a range of courses for Children and Adults as well as rent out 8 newly refurbished Studios to professional practicing artists. A few of the classes we offer: • We run a Saturday morning Art Club for 6 - 11 year olds, • Half term & Holiday Children's art lessons. • And Art parties. For Adults we have: • Painting • Life Drawing (tutored & Untutored) • Pastel workshops • Clay Maquette Sculpture • Evening Presentations • Collograph printing • Encaustic Wax lessons • Colour Theory workshop • Raku Figure sculpture
