Rachel is a qualified ante-natal educator and delivers Daisy Birthing and Daisy Parent classes in Darlington and newton Aycliffe. Daisy Birthing classes are unique as they offer a combination of yoga, antenatal education, breathing techniques, birth hypnosis and relaxation. Classes support you on your journey as your baby grows with powerful, practical antenatal education, nourishing support and of course laughter too! Daisy birthing classes are suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy right until baby's birthing day and are taught over a six-week term. Daisy Parent classes are for Mum's and their birth partner. Our all-inclusive birth preparation and baby care workshop combines antenatal and active birth education with the use of movement, breathe work, relaxation and birth hypnosis. Practical baby care demonstration are delivered alongside un-biased education on parenting choices, safety and baby calming techniques.
