If you are under the age of 18 you really do not 'own' anything that you have. Your parents or legal guardian actually own everything you have. That means you can voice your wishes but your guardian will make the final decision. On the other hand, if you are over 18 then you own your own properties. This means you need to figure out what you want to happen to everything you own if something happens to you.
