For 6 years (formerly operating as Let Them Eat Cake) Victoria provided celebration cakes and cupcakes along the South Coast of England, and she taught Cake Decoration for 3 years, both privately and through a local college in Hampshire, UK. In January 2012, Victoria moved to Sydney, Australia and spent 2 years learning new techniques and teaching privately. Now she is back in the UK, based near Buckingham, offering cakes for celebrations and classes in cupcake and large cake decorating. Victoria was the National Cupcake Championship's winner of " Best Presented Cupcake" in 2011, and she blogs regularly for CakeWire, an industry focused website published by British Baker Magazine.
