Bespoke Floor Plans
BOURNE EPCs are able to produce floor plans to enhance your property.  Many estate agents no longer provide floor plans.  BOURNE EPCs can provide this service for you.  The survey would be carried out at the same time as the energy survey so at minimum cost to you.  Before we submit the floor plan to your estate agent we will seek your approval of the plan.
