MH Investigators will serve any legal process documents to private residences, business premises or other public places, anywhere in the UK, in a professional and timely manner. Our experienced private investigators can also assist in locating and confirming the address of the person being served if it is not currently known. All process documents are served under your specific instructions and in adherence to Civil Procedure Rules. When we have served the documents we will notify you immediately, then we will provide the senior master with a copy of proof of service, such as a certificate, statement of service or Affidavit of Service if a penal notice is attached, whichever is required. All proof of service documents will contain date, time and the method used to serve the documents.
