Andrew Snow, the MD and one of his consultants (James) personally come out to our multi-site academy trust. Our DPO was taken by his GDPR Management Tool that our DPO had seen during a GDPR Practitioners course that Andrew was giving. Both, James and Andrew, took the time to understand the way our trust works and the way the trusts oversees its academies. By doing so, he was able to identify the key personalities that needed to have accounts, spent plenty of time on site explaining how the system worked, assigned tasks to individuals via email and set complete by date.
