Dear Surgeons, Patient referrals to us within your surgery: •We work in surgery together, seeing patients by appointment and surgery availability. •We carry out a full external & internal oral examination & Basic BPE Scoring on request. •A treatment plan will be given to patients, we explain our denture procedures to patients. •Joe is fully qualified to take intra oral and panoramic Xray's if required. •We see patients for at approximately 4/5 appointments (dependent on case) •Public liability insurance, Enhanced Disclosure and all relevant certificates. •Please call Joe on 01908 614156 or 07966491895 to arrange a meeting to discuss prices and use of surgery. Appointment timetable 1.Initial Consultation and patients choice of appliance Treatment plan, examination and first Impression using stock tray's 45 minutes. 2.Special tray impressions using our own Alginate 15 minutes 3.Occlusal wax registration, shading and tooth mould selection 20 minutes 4.Wax Try-in 15 minutes. 5.Re-Try if required 10 minutes. 6.Final Fit 15 minutes. 7.Follow up appointment if required (adjustments)
