Most recently we have worked with Ball and Berry on two large residential extension and remodelling schemes which require a great deal of design input at concept stage We are able to provide a complete Building Control service having the authority to make all decisions on matters relating to Building Regulation approval, from design stage through to satisfactory completion on site, and we will provide the certification for it Throughout the construction stage of the project they took a pragmatic approach to compliance with the Building Regulations, and we were able to proceed without delay as they visited site as soon as we notified them at the critical stages
