Welcome to Nutrition 4 Life based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire where the emphasis is on quality nutritional advice specifically designed to meet your neeeds as an individual.At Nutrition 4 Life we practice Nutritional Therapy which utilises foods and supplements to encourage the body's natural healing. The aim is to detoxify the body, correct vitamin and mineral deficiencies, restore healthy digestion and help the client to develop a positive mental attitude. We ask you to fill in a health questionnaire and food diary which we discuss in the initial consultation. We then provide you with a report with our recommendations and see you again 3 weeks later for a review. Cost of initial consultation - £60 - lasts 1 hour Cost of review - £40 - lasts for 45 minutes
