East Midlands Freestyle provide relaxed, friendly and fun martial arts tuition to adults and children of all abilities. We offer various training programmes including an adults academy session, a non-contact children's programme and a fitness based boot-camp. We have training sessions around Derbyshire including Danesmoor, Newton, Stonebroom, Tibshelf and Tupton. Beginners are more than welcome to attend. Our children's kickboxing programme has been developed specifically for ages 5-11 years. The programme is safe, fun, non-contact and benefits all children, enhancing their health as well as their emotional and social development. The programme offers a rewarding incentive based syllabus and provides a much more fun and enjoyable hobby than traditional martial arts.
