The Bookhouse, Monifieth

The Bookhouse opened its doors for the first time in December 2017. We are a family-owned book shop and we stock a wide range of adults and children's titles. We provide a programme of author events and music nights throughout the year, and are grateful to our fantastic local authors and are proud to have hosted some nationally recognised, best-selling authors as well. Downstairs from the book shop is our coffee bar where we serve a range of freshly-ground barista coffees as well as a lunch menu and tasty traybakes and scones. In the summer months we also offer 12 different flavours of ice cream, milkshakes and sundaes. Books, coffee and ice cream, what more could you ask for?
