Garden Machines Direct is the online and mail order division of Diamond Mowers Ltd based in Market Harborough, establised 6 years ago we have since developed an envious reputation for both our quality of service and attention to detail. We are fully workshopsupported so on the rare occassion you may encounter a problem with your machine you can contact us on0845 271 4118and our engineers will either talk you through the problem or advise you further in order to get it resolved. Our phone number goes direct to our showroom and workshop facility at Diamond Mowers Ltd and our knowledgeable staff will be more than happy to answer any questions or queries regarding any of our products.Tractors will arrive fully assembled and tested and ready to use, rather thanother internet shops whosend the machines out in a box for the customer to build. We will also show you how to look after these machines and operate them upon delivery, this ensures your warrantycan be honoured should any problems arise, a small thing most internet shops wont tell you about. Our mission is to offer quality machinery at the lowest possible price whilst ensuring customers get enough service to still be able to claim warranty, and also feel they are supported should things go wrong. We also believe in being honest with our customers, sounds like a simple thing, but most internet shops wont mention what you lose for their discounted prices. We are structured so you can still save, but not lose important things such as warranty through technicalities.
