CarePro Consultancy Limited offer a bespoke care home management consultancy package.We specialise in assisting homes to improve care commission grades but can assist with any aspect of care home management.after an initial meeting to discuss your needs we can tailor a package at an affordable daily rate or if you require us for longer we can agree a contract rate.these are some of our main services:CRISIS MANAGEMENTHELP WITH IMMEDIATE/URGENT ISSUES WITHIN THE HOMEREVIEW IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF BUILDINGMENTORING FOR MANAGERS/ACT AS LOCUM MANAGER ASSISTING WITH THE COMMISSIONING OF NEW HOMESAUDITING CARE PLANSFULL HOME AUDITSDEMENTIA CARE MAPPINGFIRST AID TRAININGFIRE SAFETY TRAININGMOVING & HANDLING TRAININGCarePro is a small limited company owned and operated by mother and son.  Bernadette is a nurse with over 40 years experience, 18 of which have been in care home management managing a great number of homes for a large private company.  bernadette is also qualified in dementia mapping and has attended the manager as leader of dementia practice course at Stirling University.  Brian is also an experienced home manager, he has worked in care homes for 20 years and achieved his level 4/5 management NVQ 4 years ago and his level 4 health and social care.  Brian is a qualified moving and handling trainer and has also attended the manager as leader of dementia course.Over the past year we have assisted homes to improve their grades, in most cases we have achieved a rise from grade 1 to grade 4's, including having moratoriums lifted and improving the reputation of the homes in the local areas.we have developed our own Personal Care Plans which have been welcomed by care commission in the homes we have helped (I should stress that in no way can we claim the care commission have endorsed our paperwork however it is accurate to say they have seen it and felt it was a huge improvement on the paperwork already in place).
