Brook Cottage is a Grade II listed building that dates back to the 18th century and is thought to be a Devon Cross Passage House. It is set in a very pretty garden which you are welcome to explore, or if you wish you may just sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity - interrupted only by the sound of birds, the trickle of the little stream and the very occasional passing car or tractor.
