My baby massage & baby yoga classes are small and offer support, nurturing and fun times with your baby. They provide an opportunity for you and your baby to spend some quality time together in a relaxed environment. I provide everything you will need including mats, towels, toys, refreshments, changing and bottle warming facilities so you can just turn up with your baby. MamaBabyBlissChester offers 4-week Courses in Baby Massage (calming & relaxing), 6 Week Courses in Baby Yoga (fun & active) & Baby Yoga Advanced (for older babies). We also have a break for feeding with refreshments. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour & 30 mins and classes are held in Upton, Chester.
