The Forest Stables is a small, family run business set in the countryside of both Fermanagh and Tyrone and is easily accessible from the A4. It is approved by the British Horse Society and run to a high, professional standard. There are riding lessons available for complete beginners as well as experienced riders and students are trained from level 1 to level 3 in work based diplomas ( formerly known as N.V.Q.s ) The centre offers private or group lessons and can also cope with large groups, for example summer schemes with a special programme of low risk activities including team relay pony games. Pony Trekking is available for adults and children from 4yrs of age and there is a wide range of horses and ponies available to suit individual needs. The paths are all off-road and very safe and riders can choose a half hour or a one hour trek which will always go at a slow pace and plenty of assistance is provided.Birthday parties are also available.
