Wolverhampton Mountaineering club was formed in 1951 by a group of people with a common interest The Club» Wolverhampton Mountaineering Club We spent a very comfortable night in the newly refurbished Ny Sulitjelma hut and next morning skied to Lomihytta, Where after a few adventures with a bridge we moved into a much more primitive but cosy hut on the lake shore Throughout the year there are plenty of opportunities to tackle long mountain routes, and in the summer, we have the annual Alpine meet to try our hand at the big stuff Some can be quite basic but most, such as our own hut in North Wales, is a home away from home with bunk rooms, showers, fully equipped kitchen and open fire
