Replace Apex Garage Roof
The Apex roof system has a purpose designed 12.5 degree pitch roof with B5 fibre cement roofsheets, supplied in natural grey, with 6 different colour options to choose from - Spanish Red, Blue, Olive Green, Black, Brown and Terracotta. The apex ridge is closed with corrugated fibre-cement cappings and eaves are sealed with profiled foam fillers to prevent wind, rain and debris. There is an internal galvanized stell gutter tray secured below the roof sheets which provides a rainwater seal. Hook bolts, nails, top lats and mastic sealants are not required in this design. Lending itself to a well-designed and engineered roof system.
