The Active Health Group provides a wide range of health and fitness options including one to one personal training, back pain management through exercise and Nordic Walking. We are Personal Trainers centrally located in Truro in the Blewetts Bakery building, next to BBC Cornwall. We offer 30/60 minute personal training sessions using proven training techniques to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals. The Active Health Group accepts Exercise Referrals and offers personal training packages for Corporate clients and individuals alike.
