Yoga holidays & retreats on the Costa Blanca, in the Alicante region of Spain. Beautiful hotels, amazing views, fantastic experienced yoga teachers. Twice daily yoga, guided hikes, therapies, excurions & delicious food included. A yoga holiday is a great way to improve your practice far beyond what you can manage in your weekly hour class at home. Your days will start & finish with yoga allowing you time to learn the positions slowly and discuss your progress with your instructor. Since the holidays are held at gorgeous hotels, this is not back to basics simple living but an opportunity to learn the principles of yoga with a healthy dose of luxury added in.
