Our professional consultancy work is mainly focused on areas and sectors, where severe skills shortages exist (e.g. Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). We are committed and work hard to become an important player in solving one of the biggest challenges the European industry and society is facing today and will face in the years to come: "The growing Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) talent crisis, further fuelled by the ageing STEM workforce; under-representation of women and ethnic minorities; and the low interest among the younger generation to participate in STEM education, careers and entrepreneurship" In collaboration with our partners at a national, European and global level, we design, develop and implement unique programmes and schemes that help individuals with high potential develop their scientific skills and entrepreneurial knowledge and transform them into STEM talents that the European industry and society so desperately needs.
