I offer professional, affordable counselling in a quiet private setting in Wells, Somerset. When life becomes difficult, it can sometimes be easier to talk to someone who is not personally involved. It can help to have someone to talk to who isn't a friend or relative. I provide a welcoming, supportive and confidential space where you can talk through your thoughts and feelings openly, without fear of feeling judged. Counselling can offer you a chance to change how you feel and begin to live better. It can provide an opportunity to clarify issues that are troubling you and help you make positive choices about your future. I won't give you advice, but I will work together with you, at your own pace. Our initial meeting is free.This is your opportunity to discuss what is troubling you and whether counselling can help. If we both feel that counselling is the right choice for you, we will arrange further appointments. My fees for each counselling appointment is £30 per session.
