We shall assess each Idea prior to allocation thereof to a relevant Brief and we shall be entitled in our sole discretion to reject any Idea that doesn't meet our assessment criteria, which criteria we may determine in our sole discretion from time to time We undertake to notify you in the event that we elect to accept an Idea, from which point forward such Idea shall be an "Accepted Idea" for purposes of these Terms and Conditions You acknowledge that any Idea uploaded by you to the Site shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions, which we may revise from time to time in our sole discretion
