I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner and in recognition of the high standard I have attained I have been approved by The General Hypnotherapy Register. I specialise in Weight Reduction and have successfully helped many people change their relationship with food and lose weight easily.I also have a special interest in helping people to Stop Smoking, I have designed my own Stop Smoking session which lasts up to 2 hours and is effective in helping people to become a Non-smoker in just one session.
