We have just completed on a house purchase for which we needed a personal mortgage and also a Buy To Let mortgage in order to rent out the home we already lived in. Phil sat us down at the very beginning of the process and explained our various options, and although he offered us his guidance, he never once tried to convince us to take a particular option. I will say that this has been the most stressful and complicated house purchase I’ve ever made - 99% of the stress was due to the vendor of the house and his unreasonable demands and hissy fits, but obviously getting the Buy To Let made it that bit more involved. I must say though, Phil has been an absolute god send! He has been extremely efficient, reliable and knowledgeable, he has reassured me every step of the way.
