The Komuso system satisfies all these criteria. We practice a tradition based firmly in reality, we test our martial arts to the limits possible, we condition our minds and bodies to face the rigours of combat and we practice a peaceful philosophy. In short in practicing The Komuso System we journey to the roots of martial arts and bring them forward into today", Chris Bayliss Chief Instructor
