The Transition is a co-working space based in the heart of Chelmsford. We offer flexible subscriptions for shared desks, meeting rooms and lounge areas. Open for everyone from digital desk based creatives, to work from home employees, to start-ups and established business owners. The Transition offers private phone booths, high speed internet, event spaces and printing and finishing facilities. We believe in the importance of good work life balance. To inspire creativity, The Transition operates a live art gallery, with regular exercise and well being events and an art café (also a creative space) offering locally sourced food and drink. Our Philosophies: - The Transition is a platform offering creators the opportunity to ignite and grow. - Offering cross-pollination amongst different disciplines, The Transition allows strong bonds to prosper in a friendly and relaxed environment. - An artistic creative space, a place where you go to work to avoid social exclusion (Hikikomori) - The Transition has a global eclectic consciousness providing a platform for fusion of talent in the local community. - The Transition is about the integration of science, culture, creativity and the digital age.
