JLJ Aquatherapy is run by specialist physiotherapists Lynn Matthews and Jacqui Adams who have over 25 years experience in hydrotherapy. We use a purpose built hydrotherapy pool with 35 degree warm water. Both Lynn and Jacqui have expertise in Trauma and Orthopaedics, Rheumatological conditions and sports injuries. JlJ Aquatherapy are able to offer private treatment or small classes. We also offer small fun exercise classes for those who wish to exercise in a more private exclusive hydrotherapy pool rather than a cold public pool. We concentrate on correct execution of the exercises rather than trying to keep up with a fitness instructor stood on the side of a pool with the beat of the music going too fast!
