Sammylou was born in 2009 by myself and with the help of Mr Sammylou of course! My creative side started way back when I was very little where I would hound my mum to make various things with me. As I grew I made those 'things' all by myself (get me!) Leaving school I studied graphic design, however my career eventually found a path to something totally different! I studied and became a nursery nurse. Working with so many females and families you can imagine there was always someone having a baby, getting married or some other celebration. So being the creative bunny that I was I made my very first nappy cake and to cut a long story short that is basically how Sammylou was born. Here at Sammylou we believe in good old fashioned customer service and nothing is too much trouble. If there is something you don't see then talk to us, we don't bite (honest!) and we will do our very best to help you. Oh and one more important thing, all our items are made with lots of love x.
