Instinctive Birth aims to prepare mums-to-be and their birth partners for a beautiful birthing experience that they can cherish forever. We run a range of birth preparation courses, from short drop-in sessions to full hypnobirthing classes and we have even teamed up with Purple Turtle therapy to create luxury pregnancy pamper weekend that include pregnancy massage, pregnancy treatments, the full hypnobirthing syllabus and much more! We have courses running in Wiltshire, Hampshire, Sussex and London (Clapham). We have also produced our own birth preparation CD.
