What better way to celebrate that birthday, engagement or wedding party, corporate function or garden fete than the sight and smell of a plump pig roasting on the spit? The delicious aroma that greets your guests always promises a great party. When it comes time to dine, the rich, smoky crackling and the succulent, spit roasted meat can't be beat.
