Smile and Shine will, through direct contact with volunteers and Child development officers, instil and encourage a sense of belonging and a feeling of community amongst children and young adults in care Through regular assessment and interaction, Smile and Shine will raise these aspirations, provide or make provision for education and training placements and ultimately make these aspirations a reality We aim to create an organisation that will raise the aspirations of these kids and bring about personal growth affecting real life changes and leading to personal and professional development Based on the kids hopes and aspirations we will support and encourage personal ambition and reward achievement both financially and emotionally
