The Hunwick name has been synonymous with home furnishings and decor in Colchester for over 100 years with the arrival of Alfred Charles Hunwick around the end of the Great War. Alfred set up his first home furnishings shop at the botttom of North Hill, Colchester opposite what used to be the old cattle market. Today the fourth generation is still going strong with Ken Garrard at the helm of Hunwick Interiors, the great Grandson of Alfred Hunwick. Although much has changed in the world over the past 100 years the core principles under pinning the Hunwicks reputation has remained the same; sound product selection, a sense of fairness and outstanding customer service.
