We are a no-profit martial art club, Nanbudo is a traditional Japanese martial art, training in the ways of the old samurai, learn self defence from an attack, how to handle and cope in difficult situations. Build up confidence as well as get fit and healthy in the process... Why not come along, we train on a Monday night in the Blantyre miners welfare, your first lesson is free and you only need a pair of short/joggies and a t-shirt. If you do decide to come back it's only £5 per session for an adult and £3.50 for kids... What's even better is that theres no direct debits that most other clubs do...
