We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us: Our shop is located on a busy high street. Our entrance is step-free Our shop has wide aisles and an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable. Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop. The shop is fully wheelchair accessible. We don't have a customer toilet. Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop. We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.
