With Offices and Plant Service Depots based in West Ealing, West Drayton and Canary Wharf, our management team combine with our onsite personnel to provide a service that is customer focused, helpful and reliable. We operate a 'one point of contact policy' in order to ensure, as far as is practically possible, that our client's site management teams are communicating with the same people in our business from receipt of your enquiry, through to project completion. As a business, we invest considerable time and effort into choosing the right people, for the right roles within our company. Our business model allows for personalised incentives to be rewarded to our people in return for the delivery of a consistent level of performance in their respective job roles, thus contributing too, and allowing our business to achieve its objective of delivering a high, and consistent level of customer service to our clients.
