Local electrician since 1972 for domestic and commercial repairs/installations specialising in diagnosics. Most of my work is recommendation and repeat work, so I must de doing something right. All work complies with Part P of the building regulations which may entail an additional fee when work is carried out in 'special locations' or other situations as defined within the schedule. Naturally, this only applies to domestic locations as the number of fatalities due to Electrical Installations has risen since Part P was introduced and the last published figures showed 13 people died in one year due to electrical faults in the home, compared with 100's falling or 1000's in road traffic accidents.Yep, dangerous stuff, this electricity! So be careful out there.
