Wildfitness was founded by Tara Wood in 2001. The fitness holiday she created was the natural expression of her passion for the outdoors and belief in the potential of the human body. Tara was brought up in Kenya and found that being outdoors, active and eating well can flip your mood and boost your health like no medicine can and she wanted to bring this experience to others.
