Metal sand castings
We specialise in producing optimum quality castings, at realistic prices, utilising a range of sand casting processes, in a variety of metals.Metals used include SG and Cast Irons, Aluminiums, Copper Alloys, Bronzes, Brass and Lead.  The processes and other materials used vary according to the casting required - for example, oil-based sand produces a much finer surface definition (eg fingerprints) or coarse sand for a rougher texture where this is more appropriate.We produce castings from many types of pattern - wooden, resin, plastic, etc - and have our own pattern shop on site, where patterns (sometimes complex) can be made to customer specification, or existing patterns modified, as required.   We also cast from original castings, eg railing heads or finials where an exact match is needed for property refurbishment.We are fortunate to have the expertise and knowledge gained from many years experience in the casting industry, and our team comprises experts in metals and casting processes, and can advise on all aspects of metals and their uses, and foundry processes.  If you have any requirement for metal sand castings, FSE Foundry is the best place to come.
