It can be hard to find the time to sit down and address what you are struggling with... So I offer online counselling, which has several advantages - you can do it wherever you happen to be, there's no travel time, no travel or parking costs, and it's useful if you live in a rural location, have disability access requirements or travel a lot. The most important thing in counselling is the 'therapeutic relationship' - that is finding a counsellor who makes you feel listened to, cared for and not judged - I aim to do all three of these things, offering a warm, friendly approach to counselling.
